about

op-trk I, which was called that for lack of a better name, stands for operating tracks. This is volume 1, so one could be inclined to think that there will be more volumes in the future. By nature, an op-trk release is meant to be FREE to the listener, and will normally be comprised of a couple of songs that don't really fit with anything else. The first song is meant to be towards a female companion, and is sung in the first person. The second song is an instrumental, and is meant to be a farewell to a loved one. Two very different songs that mean two very different things, and can only exist together, right here. That's the nature of op-trk releases, they will be boxes of puzzle pieces that don't fit together, and aren't meant to.
